V ponvi prepražimo šalotko.
Medtem si pripravimo vso zelenjavo, ki jo narežemo na manjše kose.
Dodamo čebuli in dušimo, da se zelenjava malenkost omehča.
Prilijemo paradižnikovo omako in začinimo.
Zlagamo lazanjo – na dno damo nekaj žlic zelenjave z omako, nato list lazanje, zelanjavo z omako, nariban sir in tako ponavljamo, dokler nam ne zmanjka sestavin. Na vrhu po zelenjavi naribamo še preostanek sira.
